PAIN MANAGEMENT
We provide personalized, non-surgical chronic pain management for conditions affecting the spine, back, joints, muscles, and nerves.
Our evidence-based treatments help reduce pain, improve mobility, and restore daily function while minimizing reliance on opioid medications.
We treat back pain, neck pain, sciatica, arthritis, joint pain, neuropathy, and nerve pain with individualized treatment plans focused on improving movement and quality of life.
WOUND CARE
We provide physician-directed in-home wound care for eligible patients with chronic wounds, diabetic ulcers, pressure injuries, bed sores, vascular ulcers, and post-surgical wounds.
We serve Macomb County, Oakland County, Wayne County, Clinton Township, Detroit, and the greater Metro Detroit area.
WEIGHT MANAGEMENT
We provide medically supervised weight management to help patients achieve sustainable weight loss, improve mobility, and reduce weight-related joint and musculoskeletal pain.
Treatment may include lifestyle guidance, metabolic evaluation, nutrition support, and evidence-based weight loss medications when appropriate.
Our telehealth services are available to eligible patients throughout Michigan.

Why Agencies Refer To Us
Home health agencies and care teams refer patients to Michigan Rehab Consultant, PC when they need physician-led physiatry, pain management, rehabilitation, and in-home medical care.
We evaluate patients with functional decline, chronic pain, mobility limitations, weakness, and complex medical needs to help determine the appropriate level of ongoing care.
Our team can:

Evaluate and certify or recertify the medical necessity of skilled home health PT, OT, and nursing services

Assess mobility, gait instability, fall risk, functional decline, and DME needs

Provide in-home pain management for eligible patients who have difficulty traveling

Coordinate with physical therapy, occupational therapy, and rehabilitation teams to support individualized care plans

Determine whether continued skilled home health therapy remains medically necessary
