Who We Are
Michigan Rehab Consultant, PC is a physician-led physiatry practice providing specialized in-home rehabilitation services across Macomb, Oakland, and Wayne counties. Led by Dr. Juliet Gaisey, our mission is to restore function, reduce pain, and improve quality of life for patients in home health care and skilled nursing facilities.
We offer compassionate, evidence-based care tailored to each patient’s unique needs—focusing on pain management, wound care management, mobility, and functional independence.
Pain Management:
Targeted strategies to reduce chronic pain and improve function using non-opioid treatment options.
Rehabilitation Oversight:
Expert guidance for therapy teams to support recovery after stroke, surgery, or complex illness.
Medical Weight Management
Supports patients whose joint, spine, or mobility-related pain is worsened by excess weight. Through virtual visits, we focus on medically appropriate weight loss to reduce pain, improve function, and enhance mobility
